SMS Texting Policy

To better serve our clients we offer SMS text communication. To respect privacy, we provide an easy-to-use paper and text opt-in and opt-out procedure.

How To Opt In

If you wish to receive text communications from our staff on your cell phone you must officially opt in to our text communication services. You can opt in to receiving text communications by checking the approval box on your annual engagement letter or replying "YES" to our initial text. Once you indicate your approval to receive text communication, you will receive an initial text allowing you to reaffirm your approval by texting "YES."

Initial text message will communicate the following: Thank you for choosing Schock & Poores CPAs, To continue receiving text messages, please reply "YES". If you would like to stop receiving texts, please reply "STOP" at any time. (Message and Data Rates may apply)

How To Opt Out

If you wish to cease receiving text communications from our staff on your cell phone you must officially opt-out of our text communication services. You can easily opt-out of text communication by texting "STOP." Every text message we send will provide you with the option of opting-out by texting "STOP."

Please allow us three full business dates to process your opt-out request. If you continue to receive texts from us after three business days please call our office at Phone: 937-276-2149 so that we may troubleshoot the issue.
